The International Society of Primerus Law Firms

Spicer, Flynn & Rudstrom, PLLC, is pleased to announce that it has been accepted into membership in the Primerus organization. SFR is the only defense firm with Primerus membership in the state of Tennessee.

The International Society of Primerus Law Firms is an alliance of small to medium firms committed to excellence in the practice of law. The Wall Street Journal has equated Primerus membership to the "Good Housekeeping Seal Of Approval" for law firms.

Primerus accepts only those lawyers and law firms who have committed themselves to the six principles of exceptional professional service, which are the following:

• Irreproachable integrity for all decisions;
• Civility in dealing with the bench and other members of the bar;
• Excellence of work product;
• Reasonable fees;
• Continuous pursuit of legal education; and
• Community involvement.

The Primerus minimum requirement for membership is a firm's AV rating, the highest rating issued by Martindale-Hubbell for law firms. As part of the membership selection process, Primerus interviews judges, clients, and other attorneys to determine the worthiness of the law firm.
